60 Days Fitness Program

The 60 day full body transformation program is an app based fitness program that shows you what to do each day. Imagine having 60 days of workouts and meals already planned out. The workouts are designed to challenge all fitness levels and can be done at home or in the gym. The first 4 weeks are designed to focus on fat loss while increasing your cardiovascular endurance, strength, posture and movement. The second phase is focused on gaining lean muscle while continuing to lose fat. I’ve put together some of my personal favorite HIIT, cardio, leg and upper body strength training exercises.
